Another of the Maritimes. Immortalized in L.M. Montgomery's Anne
of Green Gables series of children's books. Anne is on all the
license plates. Tourists come all the way from Japan to see the Anne
paraphernalia. Charlottetown was the site of the last big round of
constitutional negotiations. Famous for its potatoes, gorgeous
scenery, and the controversial new bridge to the mainland.
